The Social Security Administration (SSA) is requesting comments about its operating procedures for determining disability for persons whose drug addiction or alcoholism (DAA) may be a contributing factor in deciding if a claimant is disabled. Comments must be received by March 30, 2010.
SSA announces final rules designed to improve the Ticket to Work program. The changes will improve the effectiveness of the Ticket program in assisting beneficiaries with disabilities who want to work.
