Alabama Department of Rehabilitation Services: Services for Employers

Provides Employer Development Coordinators located throughout Alabama to assist employers with recruiting, disability management services, financial incentives, training and technical assistance, and the Americans with Disabilities Act.

U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) - Birmingham, AL Field Office

Enforces many federal civil laws, including the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), that prohibit job discrimination. The Birmingham District Office has jurisdiction over the Jackson Area Office.
